Could your waist trainer be damaging your vital organs?

Well we all cant say for sure but if what this image portrays is true then a waist trainer or clicher probably shouldnt be used for too long..

It may  indeed seem a waist trainer is just to create a shapely middle area creating an illusion of an hourglass shape and not really aiding any weight loss per say..
 So is it really necessary??


 Lifestyle changes,a good nutritious diet, and some time at the gym may just be adequate to keep the weight away I think.. 


So if you are about to use a waist trainer be sure to check with your doctor or general practitioner that it is indeed safe and suitable for you..
